there was no dog chasing me and I didn’t die.
It better show on the scale tomorrow. . . . .
I have the same issue with running- I want to see it on the scale immediatley. Luckily with the pedometer I found out I walk enough at work to count for my daily jogs and I get to do lazy exercize at home, such as crunches, planks, etc.
